近期，我公司發現有人以我公司名義在老撾承接工程項目。經核實，我公司及其所有子（分）公司、職員均未以本公司及子（分）公司的名義在老撾承接和實施任何項目。我公司此前從未授權或委托任何人在老撾從事注冊公司（代表處）和承接實施任何項目。鑒于本事件對我公司造成了嚴重不良影響，我公司將采取相應措施和法律手段維護本公司的合法權益。

Recently, someone has undertaken engineering projects in Laos in the name of our company. It is verified that our company and all our subsidiaries (branches) and employees have not undertaken and implemented any projects in Laos in the name of our company and our subsidiaries (branches). Our company has never authorized or entrusted anyone to engage in registered company (Representative Office) and undertake any project in Laos before. In view of the serious adverse effect of this event on our company, the company will take corresponding measures and legal means to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our company.
